Teacher Denise

Teacher Denise is a dedicated, hard working early childhood teacher. She believes young children and their families are at the heart of any community and she takes her role as a preschool teacher very seriously.

In 2013 Denise graduated with a 2.1 honours degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.

 

She was raised in Bridgend and is the youngest child in a family of 9. She has 13 neices and nephews and counting. Family is very important to her. Teacher Denise is a very calm, sometimes silly, bit of a hippie at heart which makes her a wonderful preschool teacher. Denise loves all aspects of our curriculum especially messy play, science exploration, our reading garden and practicing daily mindfulness!

In her role as a Teacher at Bright Beginnings Denise will ensure a welcoming, educational and safe environment for the children attending the service. Her goal is to always see each child as an individual and use her training and experience to ensure that each child has the opportunity to grow and prosper in all areas of development at their own pace.

Teacher Sue

Teacher Sue is a qualified and dedicated early childhood teacher, passionate about contributing to the emotional, social and physical well-being of all young children. Suzanne has over 10 years experience working in the early childhood sector. From 2005 – 2013 Suzanne was self-employed running a childcare setting from her own home, she has a long track record of delivering high quality care and learning opportunities to children aged 0-6 years. In early 2015 Suzanne received an overall Distinction in Early Childhood Care and Education, Level 6 Major Award. More recently Teacher Sue has completed the Leadership for INClusion in the Early Years programme, LINC, is a Level 6 Special Purpose Award (Higher Education), that is designed to support the inclusion of children with additional needs in the early years. Teacher has passed with Honors, we are so very  proud. Sue has a lot of experience with organising a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children. 

Teacher Sue is a happily married mother of three; two teenage boys and a nearly teenage daughter. Sue was raised in a family of 7 in Dublin. Her wonderful mother also works with children. Sue moved to Cardonagh 13 years ago and has raised her family in this wonderful little town.

In her role as a Teacher at Bright Beginnings Sue will ensure a welcoming, educational and safe environment for the children attending the service.Teacher Sue is extremely kind, calm and patient teacher. She loves the written word and story telling in general; she loves our reading garden too. Teacher Sue loves all aspects of our curriculum especially reading, music, drama,  science exploration and practicing mindfulness daily!

Teacher Deirdre

​Teacher Deirdre is a dedicated, hard working early childhood teacher. She believes childhood is a magical time full of possibilities and play is the best way for young children to learn and grow. 

She was raised in Bridgend and in a family of 9. She has 13 neices and nephews and counting. Family is very important to her. She lives in bridgend with her partner and daughter. Teacher Deirdrehas a quiet inviting nature, loves construction and movement in play scenarios. Deirdre loves all aspects of our curriculum especially health and fitness, she is the fittest teacher for sure!

In her role as a Teacher at Bright Beginnings Deirdre will ensure a welcoming, educational and safe environment for the children attending the service.
